Panel and Frame Buildings of a New Generation
The problem of obsolescence of large-panel buildings is raised, the need of designing buildings with the possibility of re-planning of
apartments and creations of bigger spaces is proved. A new approach to designing large-panel and frame buildings, ensuring the flexibility of space-planning arrangements and a variety of facades due to the use of hollow-core floor slabs with multi-hollow strengtheners is offered. The design of such a slab, manufacturing technique, advantages of its use in projects of residential and public buildings are shown.
Keywords: large-panel housing construction, long-term consumer
properties, flexible layout, structural concepts, bearing system of
buildings

External Enclosing Structures with Recuperation of Transmission Heat
An analysis of structural and operational parameters of external enclosing structures with heat recuperation is made; heat effect and its dependence on air consumption as well as theoretical propositions and features of thermotechnical calculation of elements of the system considered are revealed.
Keywords: heat recuperation, heat effect, radiation value, resistance to heat transfer, air consumption, heat flow, transmission heat losses.

Imitating Simulation of Energy Consumption of Buildings During the Life Cycle on the Basis of Apparatus of Stochastic Aggregative Systems
Actuality of the use of the system approach to the organization of processes of the life cycle of energy efficient buildings is shown. The necessity of imitating simulation of buildings power consumption on the basis of an apparatus of stochastic aggregative systems is substantiated. An author’s definition of the “power consumption aggregates” term is offered. The power consumption function is formalized in the form of a piecewise linear spline.
Keywords: energy efficiency, building, system approach, simulation, life cycle.

The Use of Timber Framing in Low-Rise Housing Construction with Monolithic Foam Concrete Heat Insulation
At present there is a debate between the supporters of the use during the construction of low-rise buildings of a timber bearing framing together with monolithic foam concrete and the supporters of the use of a bearing framing made of light steel thin-walled structures. An analysis of the use of a bearing timber frame is presented; results of the tests conducted are considered.

Heat Insulation of Junctions of Walls with a Floor Disk in Monolithic Houses
Variants of structural solutions for heat insulation of an external wall of a building are described. The first variant is a frame with a heat insulation layer. The second one is a frame with self-regulating cables and a heat insulation layer. In both cases the frame is fastened to the building’s wall. Results of numerical simulation are presented. Offered structural solutions of devices are compared with the base variant. It is established that such structural solutions ensure the required comfortable conditions for residents.
Keywords: specific heat, heat conductivity, wall junction.

Characteristic Properties of Floods and Their Impact on Formation of Dwellings
Basic concepts and classification of floods are presented. Territories of Russia are shown according to the conditions of floods formation. Attention is accentuated on the activity of the Kuban Basin Water Administration. Damage effects of floods on dwellings are considered.

Prerequisites of Architectural and Planning Organization of Rehabilitation Centers for People Suffered from Cancer
An analysis of the existing various medical institutions is presented; the necessity of creating a new concept of designing rehabilitation centers for cancer patients is revealed. Requirements are formulated; examples of spatial organization in rehabilitation centers capable to transform over time are given.

Decorative and Artistic Features of Housing Development of Uyezd Towns of the Kazan Governorate
Results of the study of peculiarities of external appearance of uyezd towns in the end of the XIX and beginning of the XX centuries are presented. Structural and artistic characteristics of the external appearance of housing development, the influence of new trends in “model” designing on the traditional approaches to the construction of residential buildings are considered.
Keywords: decorative-artistic appearance, external appearance, “model” designing, order system, structural solution.
